Position: Embroidery Designer (M.Luxe)

The Embroidery Designer is responsible for the end-to-end development of high-end embroidery patterns for M.Luxe. This role requires a technical expert who can translate creative concepts into production-ready digital files while maintaining the premium quality standards of a luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Curation & Creation: Design innovative, high-value embroidery patterns that align with the M.Luxe aesthetic.
- Trend Intelligence: Lead the research for seasonal motifs, ensuring our collections are both contemporary and timeless.
- Technical Precision: Use Wilcom EmbroideryStudio to digitize designs with a focus on stitch efficiency, density, and flow.
- Material Mastery: Expertly select premium threads (silk, metallic, matte) and fabrics to ensure the embroidery enhances the garment’s drape and feel.
- Production Synergy: Collaborate with our production units to ensure design-to-fabric feasibility without compromising on the luxury finish.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Educational Background: Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a reputable institute.
- Proven Track Record: 4–5 years of experience within a recognized fashion brand (preferably in the luxury or high-end segment).
- Software Expertise: Mastery of the Wilcom EmbroideryStudio is essential.
- Artistic Eye: A deep understanding of color theory, traditional hand-embroidery aesthetics, and modern machine techniques.
- Communication: Ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both creative directors and technical teams.
