Location:      Head Office Lahore.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative Creative Executive to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns,

ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires strong

storytelling skills, an eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to bring creative visions to life

through effective mood-boarding, screenplay development, and campaign ideation.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Ideation & Concept Development:

  1. Develop innovative and compelling shoot concepts based on creative briefs.
  2. Research and propose ideas that align with brand positioning and campaign goals.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine concepts and bring them to life.


2. Mood Boarding & Screenplay Development:

  1. Create visually engaging mood boards that illustrate the aesthetic, tone, and style of shoots.
  2. ·Develop detailed screenplays and shot breakdowns to guide the execution of creative campaigns.
  3. Ensure the mood board and screenplay align with brand identity and audience expectations.


3. Presentation & Communication:

  1. Present creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards to internal teams and stakeholders.
  2. Effectively communicate the vision and objectives of the shoot to the production team.
  3. Gather feedback and refine concepts based on team discussions and approvals.


4. Shoot Direction & Execution Assistance:

  1. Work closely with photographers, videographers, and stylists to ensure the visual direction is met.
  2. Assist in the on-set direction of photoshoots and video campaigns to maintain brand consistency.
  3. Provide creative input during shoots to enhance the final output.


5. Campaign Management & Execution:

  1. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaign assets.
  2. Oversee the integration of shoot visuals into broader marketing strategies.
  3. Track the performance and impact of creative campaigns, suggesting improvements for future projects.


6. Talent Shortlisting & Coordination:

  1. ·Identify and shortlist models, influencers, and talent for campaign shoots.
  2. Collaborate with talent agencies and casting directors to ensure the best fit for each project.
  3. Manage communication and coordination with selected talent to ensure smooth execution.


7. Shoot Deliverables Follow-Up:

  1. Ensure timely delivery of shoot assets (photos, videos, edited content) as per campaign timelines.
  2. Track post-production progress and ensure all necessary corrections, retouches, and edits are completed.
  3. Coordinate with retouching and photography teams to align final deliverables with the approved creative direction.
  4. Maintain an organized record of deliverables, revisions, and approvals to streamline workflow.


Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field .
  2. 1-3 years of experience in creative ideation, mood boarding, or campaign execution.
  3. Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, and digital content trends.
  8. Experience in talent scouting and coordination is a plus.
