Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager – Fabric & Accessories to lead and manage the complete warehouse and store operations related to fabric and accessories. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of fabric handling, inventory management, and warehouse operations specific to the fashion or textile industry. This role requires close coordination with procurement, production, and QA departments to ensure accuracy, availability, and quality of materials used in production.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabric & Accessories Inventory Management:
• Oversee receiving, proper storage, and issuance of fabric and accessories to production departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to minimise discrepancies and wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment and stock requirements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• Ensure all received items meet defined quality standards in coordination with the QA department.
• Implement proper handling and storage procedures to prevent damage or quality issues.
• Report any quality deviations or stock irregularities.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain records of inflow/outflow, fabric/accessory usage, and storage logs.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, consumption trends, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
Coordination & Production Support:
• Work closely with the production team to plan and ensure timely material availability.
• Support production by resolving fabric-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Liaise with suppliers to track delivery timelines and report discrepancies.
Warehouse Organisation & SOP Implementation:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse.
• Ensure ERP and SOPs are implemented and followed effectively in daily operations.
• Lead system improvements for better stock visibility and control.
Team Leadership:
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse/store staff.
• Delegate tasks efficiently and monitor team productivity.
• Foster a disciplined, cooperative, and safety-focused working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in fabric or accessories warehouse/store management within the fashion or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, handling techniques, storage protocols, and warehouse safety.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
