Reports to:   Head of Department

Location:      Head Office Lahore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motif Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualize and create unique motifs and patterns that align with our brand vision and client needs. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our products, whether in fashion, textiles, home décor, or digital applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Conceptualization:
2. Develop innovative motifs, patterns, and designs for various categories (e.g., Pret, Semi Formals, Bridals).
3. Create designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
4. Research and Trend Analysis:
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends, cultural themes, and market preferences.
6. Incorporate trend analysis into the design process to ensure relevance and appeal.
7. Collaboration:
8. Work closely with designers to ensure designs meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
9. Present design concepts and gather feedback for revisions.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in motif design.
