Replenishment Officer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical Replenishment Officer to manage inventory flow and stock availability across our retail network. In this role, you will optimise store-wise inventory levels, drive automated replenishment, and coordinate closely with warehouse dispatch and retail operations to ensure seamless product distribution and maximum article productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily automated replenishment recommendations.
- Analyse store-wise sales, stock, sell-through, size availability, stock cover, and article productivity.
- Generate daily replenishment requirements from the warehouse to stores.
- Identify articles requiring inter-shop transfers.
- Prepare transfer proposals based on source store excess, destination store demand, sales velocity, stock cover, and article ageing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for execution and retail operations for transfer acceptance.
- Monitor pending transfers and follow up until completion.
- Maintain and review store-wise replenishment parameters, making necessary adjustments based on performance.
- Track new product launches to ensure adequate stock distribution across all stores.
- Highlight exceptional cases requiring planning or management approval and prepare daily exception reports.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in retail replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
